It is one of the Porcelanosa brands, which nurtures the traditional way and style of flooring. The type of parquet is Tortona 1L Plazza, where the owners of apartments have a 30-year warranty.

Parquet is made of European oak, with classic elongated design. Both the wood layer and HDF layer are well suited for floor heating, so residents can freely walk on the floors barefooted if they wish, and feel the touch of natural wood.

We are particularly proud of the bathtubs and showers in the Sakura Park baths because we believe that we have allowed our owners to experience bathing in an entirely new way. Noken branded tubs, also of the Porcelanosa group, extraordinary feature whiteness, and longevity, and are spacious enough even for tall people.

Built-in showers are located behind a transparent paravane, with large shower heads and very precise Noken shower faucets. After showering, the bather is greeted by spacious Noken sinks from the Urban collection, with exceptional Noken faucets on bathtubs and sinks. Complete comfort is guaranteed by the Forma console toilet, behind which the very quiet Smart Line built-in cistern is hidden.
