The Spanish company recognized Sakura Park as a project that complies with the Porcelanosa concept and offered Sakura Park an exclusive contract for equipping the complex, including planning and interior design. The fruit of this cooperation is the topmost bathrooms in Sakura Park, which are waiting for the customers of the apartments fully equipped.

Interior of all apartments in Sakura Park is equipped with Porcelanosa parquet, ceramic tiles and bathroom ceramics. We wanted to ensure that all interior furnishings are up to expectations of our residents, so we decided to use products of one the world's most renowned brands.
For the first time in Serbia, the entire residential complex will be equipped with Porcelanosa products from the floor to the ceiling, which makes Sakura Park one of the most prestigious residential projects in South East Europe.

Flooring

The owners of the apartments do not have to hurry to get carpet, because they will be welcomed in Sakura Park by L'Antic Colonial oak parquet of the highest class. It is one of the Porcelanosa brands, which nurtures the traditional way and style of flooring. The type of parquet is Tortona 1L Plazza, where the owners of apartments have a 30-year warranty.

Parquet is made of European oak, with classic elongated design. Both the wood layer and HDF layer are well suited for floor heating, so residents can freely walk on the floors barefooted if they wish, and feel the touch of natural wood.

Baths that conjure up the natural ambiance are bathrooms where the people feel most comfortable, and this can only be achieved by using ceramics that fully reflect naturally occurring structures, such as marble. We are particularly proud of the bathtubs and showers in the Sakura Park baths because we believe that we have allowed our owners to experience bathing in an entirely new way. Noken branded tubs, also of the Porcelanosa group, extraordinary feature whiteness, and longevity, and are spacious enough even for tall people.

Built-in showers are located behind a transparent paravane, with large shower roses and exact Noken shower heads. After showering, large Noken sinks with mirror from the Urban collection are waiting for bathers, with exceptional Noken taps in baths and washbasins. Complete comfort is guaranteed by the console toilette Forma, behind which is a very quiet Smart Line built-in cistern. The entire bathroom equipment is exquisite with modernity and elegance, with a design that is practical, but not minimalistic.
