Your personal information that we have defined, according to item 1 of this notice, will be collected if interested in buying real estate within the residential and business property Sakura Park. The purpose of collecting personal data is to make contact with you in order to find out your interest and understand your needs. Citizenship data is collected for market research and the offer improvement. Your personal data will only be used for the purposes mentioned above unless the fulfillment of obligations prescribed by the law requires otherwise.
3. The way of using dataThe data you provide to us will be used through collecting, recording, copying, searching, sorting, separating, changing, using, viewing, organizing, storing and adjusting the collected data.
4. Information about data usersYour personal data will not be given to third parties by residential and business property Sakura Park unless the regulations require so.
5. Obligation and legal basis of data processingThe legal basis for data processing is your consent. Giving consent for data collection and processing is voluntary and you can revoke it at any time.
